Due Diligence

due-diligenceOur team has many years of experience in advising clients successfully on various investment strategies to achieve their financial goals.

Championing an ethical and honest approach is central to everything we do.  We will never recommend an investment product/opportunity unless it has the strongest chance of success and is suited to your risk/investment profile and financial circumstances.

As we are independent of all product providers, we are able to source leading investment opportunities from every major provider.

All of the investments we put forward have passed a two-step due diligence process, in consultation with industry experts and leading tax counsel, where necessary.

Step one – promoters

We only recommend products from promoters who satisfy our due diligence requirements in terms of their financial stability and their ability to deliver products in a timely and reliable manner.  We also evaluate each promoter’s past performance, focusing particularly on after-sales service and the track record of key staff.

Step two – products

Once a promoter is approved, we conduct our own independent assessment to review the technical and commercial aspects of their product offering.  This looks at the quality of advice they provide in connection with the product and the financial models provided to establish the expected costs and benefits associated with the investment.

We only recommend products that satisfy both aspects of this due diligence process.

The value of your investment can go down as well as up and you may get back less than you have invested.
